CANCELLATION POLICY

At Chacing Beauty, all services are provided by appointment only. We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. •A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-shows will be charged 30% of the service fee. • Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward your scheduled service only. • Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or no-show may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be restricted from booking. Medical consultations and program enrollments are reserved time with a licensed provider and are subject to this policy.
